Mother's Day & Reno

Ok, so I'm a big slacker!!! I will get things more up to date! Well I'm just about to start my 3rd trimester and am feeling pretty good, but am dreading the hot summer!!! Here are some pics from the Mother's Day Tea. Elle wasn't having her best day, until Zowie Bowie performed. She was a dancing machine!!! Grandma, Aunt Juli, Aunt Lauren, Michelle, Gina, & Sofia joined us. It was a fun event!!! Then there are a couple pics of our trip to see Baker & Erica & Ella. Lucas golfed with Baker so us girls just hung out. Elle & Ella are pretty funny together! More pics to come soon!!!

Swim Day

So this was our first official day in the pool! We have been in the spa several times, but it was finally time to go swimming it was 90 out and we were sick of the cold and wind! I had to post this pic of Elle because she is too cute! She loves, loves, loves the water. Just splashes all around and laughs and cries when I make her get out. Also here are a few randoms from our weekend at the cabin of Matty & Elle!

I know I'm probably biased, but these have to be the cutest boy & girl EVER! These are pics from Uncle Marcus' wedding where they were the Flower Girl & RIng Bearer (at least in thought becuase their talents weren't put to use :) )


These two insisted on sitting by themselves in the front row. They were a little noisy and Lucas & Tyler shot me glares to keep them quiet, but they were having fun and making cute noises not screaming. Matty was cracking up & Elle was busy talking on the cell phone during the ceremony.

Surprise! Baby #2

Hi everyone! We are so excited to announce that baby #2 is on the way! My due date is Sept. 19, 2009, but how cool would it be to have the birthdate 09/09/09???? I'm a little concerned that I'm going to have my hands full becuase Elle will only be 21 months old, but at least they will be close!!! I'm sure she will make an excellent Big Sister!!!

Camping & Horses

This seems to be all we do recently is camp and horse stuff. Elle is obsessed with horses!!! Unfortunately her dad tore his groin/hamstring so he hasn't been taking her on any horse rides, so now she cons others into it. We spent last weekend at Chet's in Moapa. There were a bunch of people and kids there it was a lot of fun. It was gorgeous on Sunday almost 80 degrees! Elle and I are ready to go swimming, but we think it will be cold one more time!

Hi everyone! Elle was cracking me up today, like normal I guess. She is very insistent on being a big girl! She wanted to feed herself, apparently I can't get it in her mouth fast enough. I guess its one of two ways, either your child will eat nothing or eat everything. Elle is on the everything, although it is not as easy as it seems. If anyone is eating she thinks she deserves a bite no matter who it is or if she is hungry or not. I think she is going to have the fastest metabolism when she grows up. Anyways here are some pics of her being a "big girl" feeding herself oatmeal for breakfast!

Once it landed in her hair she looked up at me like uh-oh!




Then she decided it was funny and was shoveling it in her mouth and on the floor to Lola.




She had to get every last bit of oatmeal out of the bowl!

Lucas was roping her stuffed animals the other day with this and now all she does is carry her rope around swinging her arms, its pretty funny!
